Password recovery

Remember that your username was assigned to you when your Swissquote account was opened, and that it is a mix of letters and numbers. If you don’t remember this username, you can securely recover it through our username recovery tool or by clicking on “Forgot your username?” on our Login page.

If you cannot recover your username, please contact our Customer Care Center at +41 44 825 88 88 (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm).

If you've lost your Level 3 card, please contact our Customer Care Center by phone at +41 44 825 88 88 to receive a new one. Once you have recovered your Level 3 Card, we highly recommend you to activate Mobile Level 3, our digital two-factor authentication, which allows you to securely log into your account using your mobile device, both for your security and comfort.
