By referring someone, you agree to the Terms & Conditions as defined below by Swissquote Bank Europe.

1. This Offer is applicable to all clients who refer a friend who successfully opens an
account with Swissquote Bank Europe before 31 December 2026.

2. To refer a friend, the client must have an account with Swissquote Bank Europe and
the friend cannot be an existing Swissquote Bank Europe client.

3. This offer is restricted to private investors.

4. This offer is limited to a maximum of five referrals per client. Joint-account
applicants and clients with multiple accounts are only entitled to benefit from the
offer once.

5. Clients who refer themselves will not be eligible for the offer.

6. The referred friend must successfully open a Swissquote Bank Europe account using the client's sponsorship number during the account application process, and execute a trade within 30 days of the account opening. To qualify for the referral bonus, this trade may not be executed as part of Swissquote Bank Europe’s free-buy offer.

7. For the opening of trading accounts, the referred friend must credit their account
with a minimum of €2'000 and place one trade within 30 days of the account
opening.

8. Any decrease in account value attributable solely to market movements shall not constitute a breach of Section 7. However, any withdrawal or transfer of funds that reduces the account balance below the applicable minimum during this 30-day period may result in Swissquote Bank Europe, at its sole discretion, charging the account an amount equal to the full value of the Bonus.

9. The Bonus consists of a cashback of EUR 200 per eligible person, payable separately to the referring client and to the referred friend, once all eligibility conditions are satisfied. Swissquote Bank Europe may refuse to pay the Bonus in cases of suspected misuse or non-genuine activity, even if the eligibility conditions appear to have been met.

10. Once the eligibility requirements are met, the cash back will be credited on the accounts the following month.

11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including the Free-buy ETF promotion.

12. This offer does not apply to Forex/CFDs accounts.

13. Swissquote Bank Europe may, at its sole discretion, exclude any Client from the referral offer where it determines that the Client has engaged in abusive or fraudulent conduct, or has otherwise violated the offer Terms and Conditions.

14. If a Client uses the referral offer in breach of these terms, including for commercial purposes, public dissemination, or to secure an undue personal financial advantage, Swissquote Bank Europe may recover any Bonus granted. Where the Bonus has already been paid, Swissquote Bank Europe may reverse the payment or charge the account an amount equal to the full value of the Bonus.

15. Swissquote Bank Europe reserves the right to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, or to withdraw the offer altogether, without prior notice.

16. This offer is provided by Swissquote Bank Europe and is governed by the applicable Luxembourg law and regulatory provisions, and banking customs generally applicable and followed in Luxembourg.
