DEPOSITARY SERVICES

• Maintaining a list of all the bank accounts held by the Fund
• Overseeing of the cash movements on Funds’ accounts
• Oversight of subscriptions/redemptions to ensure compliance with the provision of Offering Documentation. 
• Daily post-transaction monitoring of all cash movements

• Cash flow monitoring
• Review of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) and Income calculation
• Asset Reconciliation against the records of the Fund Administrator
• Check the consistency between the total number of units or shares in your company’s accounts and the total number of outstanding shares or units that appear in the Share Register 
• Ensure that the procedure regarding the sale, issue, repurchase, redemption and cancellation of shares or units of your company comply with the applicable law and with the Offering Documents of the company, and verify that these procedures are effectively implemented
• Monitor compliance with investment restrictions and leverage limits as set out in the Offering Document
