CRYPTOCURRENCY FEES

Your crypto trading fees depend on:

• Your Tier – Based on the total trading volume across all your portfolios over the last 30 days. The more you trade, the better your tier and fees.
• Your Order Type – Maker orders (limit orders that add liquidity) pay Maker fees. Taker orders (market orders that remove liquidity) pay Taker fees.

Your volume is recalculated after each trade. When you reach a new tier, the trade that triggered the tier change is charged at the previous tier. New tier pricing applies from the next trade onward.

Your tier is determined by a rolling 30-day window. As older trades fall out of the window, your total volume decreases. If this causes you to drop below a tier threshold, your tier is downgraded automatically.

All accounts are automatically moved from the static to the dynamic pricing model.

• If you haven’t traded crypto in the last 30 days, you will start at the Standard tier (1% maker / 1% taker). However, the volume traded on the last 30 days before the 25^th of November will count towards the definition of your pricing tier.
• Once you place a trade, you will see your real-time tier, 30-day volume, and progress toward the next tier.

You can view your tier details in two places:

• Crypto Hub (Web) > Under the Crypto assets management section.
• Trade Mask (Web & Mobile) > Click the small "info" icon when trading to open the pricing pop-up. (Note: the mobile version has a simplified view.)

The pop-up give you all the information you need prepare for your next trades.

On top, you'll find the tier and the fees you'll pay if you do a maker or taker trade. Below, you have access to the current pricing table. It gives you the minimum volume to reach/keep to move/stay in a specific tier based on the trailing volume made in the last 30 days.

Then, on the second part, you can find your current 30 days trailing volume and what is missing to reach the next level with the summed up volume per day in the graph. On the last part, you can find the prediction when you'll drop to a less advantageous tier if you don't trade anymore.
