Mobile Level 3 is a two-factor authentication that allows you to use your smartphone to confirm your login, transactions and other important actions.
This feature is integrated in the Swissquote app, making it faster and more secure than the usual forms of authentication via email or SMS.
Mobile Level 3 can only be activated on a single device.
Activate Mobile Level 3
If you have not yet activated Mobile Level 3 on your account:
You can also activate it manually from the Mobile Level 3 menu in the Swissquote app:
Log in to your mobile app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner. There, you’ll find the Mobile Level 3 menu to enable this feature.

To ensure the security of your account, Swissquote always requires two-factor authentication to verify your login and transactions.
We highly recommend Mobile Level 3 as your authentication method, as it is the fastest and most secure option.
If you don’t activate Mobile Level 3, you will instead receive a one-time password via SMS to confirm your login and transactions. Please ensure your phone number is up-to-date in your account Profile.
Mobile Level 3 is available to all clients with a Swissquote account. It can only be activated on a single device.

For security reasons, some Mobile Level 3 functionalities may be unavailable if you have an outdated version of the Swissquote app installed on your device.
