The purpose of this survey is to develop a deeper understanding of our clients’ views on the subject of wealth and investment. Swissquote Bank Europe S.A. All survey responses will be linked to a unique code and ILRES S.A. will only process pseudonymised data without having access to your e-mail address, or any other data that can directly identify you. The legal basis for processing is consent. We ask for your consent at the beginning of the questionnaire. Your refusal to participate in the survey will have no consequences, except that you will miss the opportunity to share your opinions with Swissquote Bank Europe S.A.

The type of personal data processed are those generated from the survey questionnaire. The survey contains questions relating to general sociodemographic information, which are needed to allow for cross-tabulation of different subsets of society. Key questions include: age category, gender, annual income category, employment status, region, and nationality. It also contains questions about your opinion on issues relating to wealth and investments in general, information on investment preferences, attitudes towards wealth, investment behaviour and investment outlook.

In order to manage the survey fieldwork and permit Swissquote Bank Europe S.A. to send a reminder to the first invitation, ILRES S.A. will process information linked to your participation, as per the date, time, length, and language of interview. To thank participants, Swissquote Bank Europe S.A. is organising a prize draw. Ilres will draw one of the participating IDs and send it to Swissquote Bank Europe S.A., so that it can inform the winner.

The data and information processed by ILRES S.A. will be stored via a Cloud system on servers located within the European Union. The Cloud service provider on which this information is stored undertakes not to use this data, as access is only required for server maintenance purposes. ILRES S.A. uses data collection software provided by NIPO Software BV, with address Amsteldijk 166, 1079 LH Amsterdam. NIPO Software BV will process pseudonymised data for the sole purpose of providing access to its online data collection software without this supplier having access to respondents' e-mail addresses.

The information you agree to provide in response to this survey will be treated confidentially and will be anonymised as soon as possible, and no later than July 31, 2024.

You have the right to request access to your processed personal data and, if incomplete or erroneous, to request rectification. You also have the right to request limits on the processing of your personal data and the right to request that your personal data be deleted. You also have the right to the portability of your personal data, i.e. the right to request that it be communicated to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
