Elective professional status
For qualified investors only, elective professional status can allow clients to waive certain protections designed for less experienced investors and can broaden your investment universe.
How to qualify
You may be able to qualify if you meet at least two of the following criteria:
• You have carried out at least 10 transactions of significant size per quarter over the last year
• You work or have worked in a professional position in the financial sector for at least one year
• You have a portfolio with the Bank that exceeds EUR 500'000 in value
