Mobile Level 3, our two-factor authentication login, is the direct counter to phishing’s heavy reliance on password theft. By setting it up, you’ll receive a unique Mobile Level 3 access code on your smartphone, valid only for each login, thus adding a supplementary shielding layer to your banking ecosystem.

What Swissquote will never ask of you

There are some behaviours and requests that blatantly contradict our security guidelines. Be immediately suspicious if you receive any type of communication from a source posing as Swissquote if it asks you to:

Have you received a suspicious communication?

Phishing
  • Log into your account and change your password
  • If you have a Swissquote card, lock it via the app to avoid any irregular movements
  • If you are in any doubt about a communication sent in the name of Swissquote, please contact our Client Services team at +352 2603 2003
  • Report any web, email, or SMS fraud attempts to phishing.lu@swissquote.lu — we will monitor them closely.
  • If you notice any suspicious payments on your account or card, use the Account block feature and contact our Fraud Department at fraud.report@swissquote.ch.
